Our Process
Construction managers are uniquely qualified through combined education and experience to work with the owner, architect, and other stakeholders to determine the best possible sequence of construction operations and develop a detailed schedule and budget, while also establishing plans for project safety and security and helping the owner manage risk. Jay's Construction Group is unique to other construction managers because we not only manage the project but we can also act as the general contractor. We have a great team of experienced project managers and site supervisors who would find the right trades for each job and effortlessly organize every aspect of the project. JCG can also act solely as a general contractor if you have already completed the planning & design phase of your project.
